Emotional Intelligence is a new buzzword these days, isn’t it? But, do you know the nuts and bolts of EQ? Google it and you will find millions of entries. We can read about EQ or talk about it or even learn what it means, but what does practicing EQ in your life look like?  

Join this program! Here we will not learn about EQ, we will experience those moments when we are at our best. Through hands-on activities, self reflections, deep engagement, focusing on the practical issues in your life, YOU will BE more emotionally intelligent. This program has been designed exclusively by Six Seconds and can only be facilitated by practitioners trained in their methodology. As a certified EQ Practitioner, I will facilitate this program to ensure you have the self help skills and self development you are looking for.

You only need to bring some paper and a pencil/pen. 

We will meet for 90 minutes and each week we will practice a theme. You will be given a workbook that contains exercises, information, and activities related to the theme. We will do some work at home, we will do some in the workshop meetings - you will have the support of the facilitator and the group. Each session will be interactive, insightful, and conducted in a confidential, respectful and safe manner.

We practice and flex our emotional muscles!

2. Practicing EQ: Explore what it means to practice EQ - not learn a concept but in real life

3. Know Yourself: We start in the beginning . Tuning inside -emotions and increasing self –awareness.

4. Choose Yourself: Bring intentionality and choice. Open possibilities. Step outside your comfort zone

5. Give Yourself: Connecting to others and a greater good

6. Practice Daily: Plan and deepen your practice. Live in the framework. Pure embodiment
